What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact the vendor through your order page as soon as possible. Any refund requests must be made within 2 days after item is marked as delivered.

  1. Contact the seller first
  2. If the seller is unwillingly to fix the issue or does not respond you can request a refund
